Each item contains FOUR servings unless otherwise noted.

Orders must be placed by Tuesday at NOON for Thursday afternoon delivery.

Delivery is Thursdays between noon and 3:00 p.m.

If no one will be home to accept the delivery, please leave a cooler with ice or cold packs in it                 by the door.

If paying by check, payment due upon delivery. If not at home, check can be left in the cooler in a plastic bag. Make checks payable to: DISH, Inc.

Free delivery on orders over $60, Under $60, $5 delivery fee applies within city limits. $10 fee will be applied to deliveries outside city limits.
